ABOUT THE ARTIST KACIE CHAPMAN
Hi, I’m Kacie Chapman, a 21-year-old newly graduated artist and the face behind KC Creations.
Painting has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. The same passion I had for it when I was a little girl has only grown stronger over the years, and now having finished my degree, I’m finally putting myself and my artwork out there.
KC Creations was born after I recently graduated from Heriot-Watt University in Galashiels with a BA Hons degree in Textile Design! Although I loved learning new techniques and pushing myself creatively, painting—especially abstract art—has always been the one thing I come back to. It feels natural to me, and it’s something I’d love to share with others and keep growing in along the way.
I’m currently back and forth between Glasgow and Northern Ireland, working from wherever I feel most inspired, whether it’s creating whimsical art or experimenting with acrylic paintings and watercolours. I’ll be adding pieces for sale soon, so feel free to have a look around and check back if any work speaks to you.
